A restocking fee of 15% applies to returns. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

To process returns, please send us a message to request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Once we receive the request, we will send an RMA# and the return address.
Once you receive your RMA#, please write the RMA# on the outside packaging of the item.

Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs. If the item was listed with free shipping, we will still deduct the cost to ship the merchandise from the refund.

For button makers and graphic punches, It is highly recommended that you use a shipping option with delivery confirmation or tracking number as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

You have up to 30 days for any returns or exchanges.
